Embroidery is the use of rayon or polyester thread to customize apparel such as t-shirts, polo golf shirts, hats, jackets, bags, business wear, and uniforms. It works by creating what is called a digitized file so that the our embroidery machines sew and stitch precisely on your product to create your perfectly embroidered logo.
G&B Custom Embroidery LLC, i-Embroidery can accommodate any turnaround time that suits your needs, the typical turn around time for custom embroidered apparel is usually 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed until the day it is delivered. This turn around time can vary depending on the size of your order and other specifics which can be discussed at the time of placing your order with us
We offer all inclusive pricing. Artwork fees are included! For complex art, fees may apply and we will notify you before any work is done or billed.

We recommend 300 DPI, otherwise known as dots per inch.
While we prefer certain file types in VECTOR format, it is never necessary, as our designers can work with any format you can send us.
However, if you would like to make it easy on our designers, we would prefer .CDR (Corel Draw File), .EPS (Vector File), .AI (Adobe illustrator), .PDF (Portable Document format), .PSD (Photoshop Document) Other formats we receive regularly from our customers are: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .pub, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .tif, .bmp, .png,

We cannot accept returns on customized goods, unless there is a embroidery or printing error that differs from the approved design proof. If a printing error occurs, We will be happy to remake the order for you with no charge or give you a full refund on your purchase.
